On here you can barter with people and/or sell what you may have for sale, you can also barter services with the click of some buttons.

** PLEASE READ ** The Bradenton/Sarasota Florida for sale and barter page has been created to provide a place for local area residents to buy, sell or trade items. The basic concept of this group is to be similar to an online garage sale. In order to maintain a smooth and successful group we have created a set of basic rules for the group. We do ask that these rules be followed closely and failure to follow them will result in removal and banning from the group.

1. The group is for the sale of personal items only. No commercial sales or items sold by or for a business are allowed.

2. Members may post a maximum of ten (10) items per day.

3. Members who post more than one item are asked to create an album for the items image(s). Descriptions of the item can be written with each image. Do not post multiple item images separately to the group wall. The use of albums keeps the wall better organized and allows buyers to use the search option to find your items more easily.

4. Items may be "bumped" no more than once every 24 hours.

5. Items purchased in bulk with coupons are NOT allowed. Selling items purchased in this manner via coupons will be result in being removed from the group.

6. Coupons, coupon books and promotional items are NOT allowed.

7. Guns, ammunition or weapons of any type are NOT allowed.

8. Animals may be listed but they MUST be a personal / family pet. NO commercial sales of animals from breeders will be allowed. Sellers are expected to use good judgment in selling / placing animals with respect to the welfare and care of animals being sold.

9. Posts advertising any business or service will NOT be allowed. The post will be deleted and the poster warned. If the post is repeated the member will be removed and banned.

10. No adult items or posts containing any offensive content are allowed. Such posts will be removed and the poster will be removed and banned from the group. This includes any post / reply with offensive, abusive, rude or harsh language or content. Be nice folks!

11. Posts will be deleted after two weeks on the wall. If your item(s) have not sold in that time period you may relist them. If an item does not sell after the second listing it may not be relisted for 30 days. This will keep the wall clean and flowing smoothly and will also ensure fresh content regularly.

12. Once an item is sold the post is to be deleted. This keeps the wall fresh and prevents buyers from scrolling through posts of items that are no longer available. Failure to delete sold items may result in removal from the group.

13. The administrators of the group are neither responsible nor liable for any issues arising from any transaction within the group. Posting telephone numbers and addresses on the group wall is done at your own risk. Such information may best be shared via private messages. The group is simply a "meeting place" for buyers and sellers. Both parties of any transaction should use good judgment and safety in the transaction as well as be fair and honest in the transaction.

14. Items donated from a charity or benefactor in an effort to help those in need may not be sold for profit in the group. Those items may only be offered free.

15. ALL posts MUST include a price and information about the items for sale. Any posts that does not include this will be deleted. Repeated posts of this type will result in being removed and banned from the group.

We here feel everyone needs a place to post stuff for sale and bartering. Lets face it times have changed and we must change with it. So I started this page so people can do what has always been done bartering and sales. Enjoy the page
